Central Texas Telecom

The ReConnect 3 project for Central Texas Telecom involved the construction of approximately 50 miles of long-haul fiber infrastructure designed to strengthen and expand rural broadband connectivity across Central Texas.

Executed under a grant-funded program with strict compliance and inspection requirements, the project demanded high production rates, logistical coordination, and consistent quality control across remote terrain.

Isbell completed the build maintaining schedule discipline and zero recordable incidents while delivering clean restoration and reliable installation.
