Disciplined Rural Infrastructure

Performing excavation in the toughest ground.

Our History

Our Mission

Founded in Texas in 1985, Isbell Construction was built on a commitment to disciplined execution, safety, and long-term partnership. From the beginning, our focus has been on delivering reliable power and fiber infrastructure that supports the growth of communities across the state. Through steady expansion, investment in equipment, and the development of experienced field crews, we have grown into a trusted partner for utilities, municipalities, and contractors throughout the Southwest.

Over the past decade, we have delivered hundreds of infrastructure projects while maintaining a strong safety record and consistent on-time performance. We operate with accountability and a long-term perspective — prioritizing quality workmanship, transparent communication, and relationships that lead to repeat business. Our reputation has been built project by project, mile by mile, across the communities we proudly serve.

At Isbell, our mission is simple: do the job right — no shortcuts. We perform severe-terrain fiber infrastructure with disciplined execution, honest bidding, restoration excellence, and the equipment investment required to eliminate downtime and meet demanding schedules. Rooted in rural communities, we build long-term partnerships by delivering dependable results where reputation is earned through consistency.

Dustin Holmes

Dustin Holmes has been a part of Isbell since 1999 and leads the company with a focus on disciplined execution, equipment investment, and accountability. Under his leadership, Isbell has strengthened its position as a severe-terrain fiber infrastructure specialist, expanding high-mileage production capabilities across West Texas and the Southwest.

Dustin prioritizes operational integrity over rapid expansion, reinvesting in rock-capable equipment, field supervision, and production discipline to ensure projects are delivered safely and on schedule. His leadership reflects the company’s roots — rural, direct, and built on long-term relationships rather than short-term volume.
